Performance Training starts at AED 300 per session for a 10-session package and reduces to AED 275 per session for 20 sessions. A monthly subscription of 12 sessions is available at AED 3,000 per month. The initial Assessment Session is priced separately and counts as Session 1. Full pricing is on the Services page.
Sessions are available across Abu Dhabi, including Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, and the Corniche area. Virtual coaching is also available at the same rates for clients who prefer remote training or are based outside Abu Dhabi. There is no single fixed venue.
Travel is built into the system, not treated as an obstacle. Sessions shift to virtual when you are away, and your programme adapts to the equipment and space available. Packages can also be paused during extended travel without losing your investment.
Movement quality, consistency, and confidence typically improve within the first 4 to 6 weeks. Strength and body composition changes follow a longer arc, usually 3 to 6 months for meaningful shifts. OneFitt is designed for capability that compounds over years, not dramatic short-term results.
No. Membership is a standalone product that complements session packages but is not required. It is designed for clients who want to maintain their connection to OneFitt between packages, access the content library, and benefit from discounted session rates. No. OneFitt works with all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. The assessment process establishes exactly where you are before any programming begins. What matters is not your history. It is your commitment to a structured, long-term approach.
In a class, everyone follows the same programme. At OneFitt, group training means 3 to 5 clients sharing a session slot, each with their own individual programme. You go through the same assessment process, have your own load progressions, and your session is still adjusted based on your recovery and lifestyle. The format is shared. The system is individual.
